Deck overview

This deck is a Boros midrange clone and burn strategy piloted by The Jolly Balloon Man. The primary game plan revolves around casting low-cost utility and enter-the-battlefield creatures, then using the commander's ability to create 1/1 flying, hasty Balloon copies of them for just one mana. These temporary tokens trigger powerful damage engines such as Impact Tremors, Agate Instigator, and General Kreat, the Boltbringer, rapidly chipping away at opposing life totals. Token multipliers like Anointed Procession, Mondrak, Glory Dominus, and Delney, Streetwise Lookout exponentially amplify this output. In addition to overwhelming opponents through aerial combat and burn, the deck houses compact two-card win conditions with Dualcaster Mage plus Twinflame and Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker plus Village Bell-Ringer. While vulnerable to sweepers and lacking tutors, the deck maintains high redundancy across its core synergies.
