Commander: Bre of Clan Stoutarm

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Boros Lifegain Tokens deck led by Bre of Clan Stoutarm, one of the few commanders that turns lifegain directly into card advantage and free spells. The primary game plan is to generate incremental life through a dense army of ETB lifegain creatures (Soul Warden, Impassioned Orator, Hinterland Sanctifier), then use Bre's end-step trigger to exile cards and either cast them for free or add them to hand. The deck simultaneously swarms with tokens via cards like Rabble Rousing, Dollmaker's Shop, and Storm Herd, turning that board into a win through Arabella, Abandoned Doll's ping or the mass-pump from Porcelain Gallery. Mass recursion spells (Ascend from Avernus, Storm of Souls) and token doublers (Exalted Sunborn) provide resilience. Bre is a value engine but not required for the core plan-the deck functions well as a classic go-wide lifegain strategy even without the commander.
