Deck overview

Helmed by Homer, the Hermit, this Sultai list is a landfall-mill deck that turns every land drop into mass library depletion. Homer's trigger scales with the number of Crabs, Lobsters, Nautiluses, Starfish, and Trilobites you control, so the deck's first job is to assemble a board of cheap crab bodies-Hedron Crab, Ruin Crab, Shorecomber Crab, Scrabbling Skullcrab, plus tokens from Hard Evidence and Scuttletide-and then multiply landfall triggers with Ancient Greenwarden, Azusa, Lost but Seeking, Aesi, Tyrant of Gyre Strait, and bounce lands. The primary kill is a huge Scapeshift turn that mills all three opponents at once; backup lines are incremental mill from Ruin Crab and Altar of the Brood, with a secondary beatdown path through Ancient Greenwarden, Aesi, Tyrant of Gyre Strait, and Charix, the Raging Isle. It is an engine-heavy, attrition-oriented deck rather than a fast combo deck.
