Deck overview

This is a Jeskai group-hug punishment deck led by the partner pair of The Second Doctor and Donna Noble. The core strategy is to load opponents' hands with cards through symmetric draw engines, then drain them with hand-size-based damage from Viseling, Iron Maiden, Scrawling Crawler, Sword of War and Peace, and Runeflare Trap. The Second Doctor provides a defensive buffer-opponents who draw at your end step cannot attack you-while Donna Noble can reflect damage back. The deck also generates value from opponents' card draw with The Council of Four and Smuggler's Share, and can create an army of tokens via Minn, Wily Illusionist and Alandra, Sky Dreamer as a secondary beatdown path. Victory is a slow, attritional burn rather than a fast combo, relying on the table's accumulated card advantage to fuel the kill.
