Deck overview

This Boros midrange deck pairs Ganax, Astral Hunter with the Background Far Traveler to generate substantial mana acceleration and value. By blinking tapped Dragons at each end step, the deck repeatedly triggers enter-the-battlefield abilities to amass Treasure tokens. This surplus mana supports an array of high-cost Dragon payoffs including Utvara Hellkite, Lathliss, Dragon Queen, and Terror of the Peaks. While the deck features an explosive mandatory loop between Ganax, Astral Hunter and Draconic Visitor, it requires damage outlets like Dragon Tempest to avoid an unintended game draw. A rich package of mass-blink and indestructible spells protects the board against sweepers, allowing the deck to reliably sustain pressure through late-game combat.
