Library of the Stars by JTrocker

Format: Commander

Commander: Wan Shi Tong, All-Knowing

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Wan Shi Tong, All-Knowing leads a mono-blue 'tuck and tokens' strategy: every card put into a library from anywhere creates two evasive Spirit tokens. The commander doubles as reusable removal, tucking any nonland permanent while triggering its own token ability. The deck wheels into a large Spirit army, then pumps it with Banner of Kinship or Patchwork Banner and finishes via unblockable combat or Strixhaven Stadium. A dense counterspell and instant-speed tuck suite protects the board, while flicker and recursion effects keep key creatures alive. There is no hidden commander; the list is built entirely around Wan Shi Tong's library-trigger engine.
