Dina by Brosiedon

Format: Commander

Commander: Dina, Essence Brewer

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Golgari aristocrats/token deck built around Dina, Essence Brewer. The commander turns sacrifice fodder into new cards, life, and enormous +1/+1 counters; every pest that dies feeds Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, and Cauldron of Essence. The primary plan is to out-value opponents with token generation and recursion, then close with a single Jumbo Cactuar attack: let its +9999/+0 trigger resolve, sacrifice it to Dina, and place the counters on a trampler such as The Gitrog, Ravenous Ride. Dina, Soul Steeper is the hidden commander for the lifegain-drain subtheme. A secondary plan is a long grind of repeated token sacrifice, culminating in table-wide death-trigger damage and a giant trampling attacker.
