Deck overview

This is a mono-black Necron artifact reanimator and token swarm deck helmed by Imotekh the Stormlord. The core plan fills the graveyard via mill and sacrifice, then repeatedly returns artifact creatures (through unearth, reanimation, and cast-from-GY effects) to trigger Imotekh's Phaeron ability for 2/2 Necron Warrior tokens while building a wide, menacing board. Secondary drains come from Marionette Master, Syr Konrad, the Grim, and big ETB payoffs like Shard of the Nightbringer. The deck leans on premium black tutors, efficient ramp, and a dense unearth package rather than infinite combos, closing through combat and attrition in the mid-game. Imotekh accelerates the token plan but is not required for the reanimation engine itself.
