C01 - Sheoldred The Drawcolypse by LeeDicious

Format: Commander

Commander: Sheoldred, the Apocalypse

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This mono-black deck is helmed by Sheoldred, the Apocalypse, leveraging her passive life drain/gain to turn every card draw into a weapon. The primary strategy revolves around forcing opponents to draw cards (Seizan, Perverter of Truth, Teferi's Puzzle Box, Mikokoro, Center of the Sea) while deploying a suite of discard and sacrifice effects to control the board. It uses incremental drain from Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Syr Konrad, the Grim, and The Meathook Massacre to close games, backed by robust recursion via Reanimate, Victimize, and Sheoldred, Whispering One. The deck has no infinite combos; its victory path is grindy attrition and repeated life loss.
