Goblins by dingdongrum

Format: Commander

Commander: The Great Goblin

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

The Great Goblin heads a goblin/orc amass build that converts counter-placing triggers into direct damage. The primary plan is to keep one Army token on board, feed it with amass effects, and use every counter event as a 2-damage trigger from the commander, preferably doubled by Collective Inferno. Secondary paths are a goblin aristocrat package with Boggart Mischief, Krenko, Mob Boss, and Goblin Bombardment, and a large double-strike swing from Assault on Osgiliath. The commander's death trigger also turns dead Goblins/Orcs/Armies into exiled, castable cards. There are no infinite combos; wins come from accumulated burn, drains, and a finishing alpha strike. Vial Smasher is a value piece, not a hidden commander.
