Deck overview

This Sultai deck pairs Teval, the Balanced Scale with self-mill, land recursion, and high-impact reanimation targets. Early turns focus on accelerating mana through two-mana land search spells and deploying Teval to begin milling cards, returning lands, and generating Zombie Druid tokens. In the midgame, the deck leverages large mana reserves from Cabal Coffers and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth or efficient reanimation spells like Reanimate and Victimize to cheat into play format-warping threats such as Archon of Cruelty, Breach the Multiverse, and Valgavoth, Terror Eater. The endgame converts massive boards into unblockable or flying combat victories using Filth and Wonder. With deep resilience and multiple redundant threats, the deck maintains steady attrition against opponents while continually rebuilding from the graveyard.
