Format: Commander

Commander: Kona, Rescue Beastie

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This mono-green stompy deck accelerates into massive threats using mana ramp and commander-driven cheat mechanics. The primary game plan revolves around casting Kona, Rescue Beastie early, tapping it via combat or utility effects, and triggering Survival to put game-ending permanents directly onto the battlefield without paying their mana costs. Secondary plans utilize explosive mana doublers like Nissa, Who Shakes the World, Vernal Bloom, and Virtue of Strength to hardcast behemoths naturally. You win by flooding the board with massive trampling creatures, overwhelming opponents with Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant, and finishing with Craterhoof Behemoth, Finale of Devastation, or power-doubling combat from Zopandrel, Hunger Dominus.
