Deck overview

This Abzan Halfling Food deck uses Sam and Frodo as the central engine: Sam makes a Food at each combat and Frodo turns a 3-life gain into a ring temptation and a card. The primary plan is to compound Food generation with Peregrin Took and Academy Manufactor, then win in one turn by sacrificing many Foods while Mirkwood Bats, Sanguine Bond/Vito, or Gollum drain all opponents. Combat is the secondary path, with Pippin's +3/+3 haste pump and large Halflings. Bilbo is a tutor only if 111 life is reached, and there is no hidden commander: the real engine is the Food token itself.
