Deck overview

Kotis, the Fangkeeper is a Sultai commander-damage deck built to connect with Kotis, then use its exiles to generate free spells and +1/+1 counters. The primary plan is to make Kotis unblockable (Aqueous Form, Trailblazer's Boots, Falcon's Wing Harness) and large (Growth Curve, Hardened Scales, The Earth Crystal, Brokkos/Otrimi), then finish with one-shot commander damage under Unnatural Growth. Otrimi, the Ever-Playful acts as a hidden commander, recurring mutate pieces from the graveyard. The Thirteenth Doctor and Hollowmurk Siege turn each free-cast into extra counters and cards, and a strong counterspell/removal suite protects the plan.
