Deck overview

This deck executes a Selesnya Voltron strategy centered on the synergy between Wilson, Refined Grizzly and Noble Heritage. Wilson provides an uncounterable, vigilant, trampling 2/2 body with reach and ward {2} for two mana. Noble Heritage enters on Turn 3 to immediately grow Wilson into a 4/4, continuously adding two +1/+1 counters each upkeep. This engine scales Wilson into an 8/8+ trampling threat by Turn 5. The deck reinforces this core with modular protection spells, totem armor auras, and counter multipliers such as Kami of Whispered Hopes and Lae'zel, Vlaakith's Champion. Because the primary engine resides entirely in the command zone, the deck achieves exceptional setup consistency and rapid recovery after removal. However, its single-target combat clock requires multiple turn rotations to eliminate three opponents, and its interactive package contains minimal answers to non-creature combo engines or mass bounce and exile effects.
