Squall, SeeD Mercenary leads an Orzhov Voltron-reanimator deck. You equip Squall, attack alone for double strike, and use his combat damage trigger to return a permanent with mana value 3 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield. That recursion generates value with cheap creatures, Equipment, and removal. Secondary paths assemble a tall, protected, unblockable attacker using Stoneforge Mystic, Cloud, and Equipment tutors, while edict effects and reanimate spells control the board. The deck has no infinite combo; it wins through sequential commander damage and equipped beats, drawing cards with Sram, Puresteel Paladin, and Buster Sword.
