Deck overview

This is a Rakdos exile-cast burn deck helmed by Hidetsugu, Devouring Chaos. The core plan is to stack the top of the library, exile high-mana cards with the commander's activated ability, and multiply the resulting damage with effects like Fiery Emancipation, Solphim, Mayhem Dominus, Angrath's Marauders, and City on Fire. A secondary table-kill line uses Heartless Hidetsugu with a damage doubler/tripler, Wound Reflection, or infect via Tainted Strike. The deck also runs a cast-from-exile payoff package - Nalfeshnee, Keeper of Secrets, Passionate Archaeologist, and Hoarding Broodlord - that turns Blood for the Blood God! and other finishers into game-ending plays. With a high average mana value and a thin mana base, this is a slow-burn value deck that tries to convert big mana, topdeck manipulation, and damage multiplication into one-shot kills.
