Deck overview

This is a Selesnya tokens-and-lifegain midrange deck helmed by Trostani, Selesnya's Voice. The plan is to flood the board with creature tokens, convert every ETB into life via Trostani and redundant gainers, then convert that life total into a win. Populate (from Trostani, Growing Ranks, Song of the Worldsoul, and Rootborn Defenses) multiplies the best tokens while lifegain payoffs such as Archangel of Thune, Lathiel, the Bounteous Dawn, Nykthos Paragon, and Crested Sunmare snowball the board. Primary finishes are a massive Storm Herd, an Aetherflux Reservoir activation, the Halo Fountain win condition, or overwhelming combat backed by Blossoming Bogbeast and anthem effects. The deck plays a patient value game that becomes lethal once life totals and token counts explode.
