Deck overview

This deck is a Grixis artifact midrange strategy commanded by Dr. Eggman, designed to exploit the villainous choice mechanic to cheat massive Constructs, Robots, and Vehicles onto the battlefield while simultaneously draining opposing hand resources. The early game focuses on deploying two-mana artifact acceleration to resolve Dr. Eggman by Turn 4. Once established, his end-step ability creates a difficult dilemma for opponents: either discard resources or allow game-ending threats like Krang, Utrom Warlord and Thundersteel Colossus to enter for free. Backed by an elite suite of free countermagic and removal such as Fierce Guardianship, Deflecting Swat, and Deadly Rollick, the deck protects its developing board state while applying overwhelming combat pressure. Standalone token generators like Simulacrum Synthesizer and Cyberdrive Awakener provide redundant pressure if Dr. Eggman is contained.
