Deck overview

Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim commands an Orzhov aristocrats deck engineered around recursive creature sacrifices, asymmetric board control, and sudden infinite life drain. The deck leverages efficient token producers like Bitterblossom and Ophiomancer alongside sacrifice outlets like Viscera Seer, Ashnod's Altar, and Warren Soultrader to continuously drain opposing life totals while generating card advantage through Skullclamp and Yawgmoth, Thran Physician. Opponents face persistent creature attrition under Grave Pact and Dictate of Erebos. The deck reaches critical lethality on Turn 6 by assembling an infinite loop with Pitiless Plunderer and Reassembling Skeleton alongside a sacrifice outlet, draining the entire table to zero in a single turn. Backed by proactive protection such as Silence and Voice of Victory, along with cheap, flexible removal, the deck delivers resilient midrange control with a compact finish.
