Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet artifact storm list led by Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain. The primary game plan accelerates mana through efficient 2-CMC mana rocks on early turns, casts Jhoira on Turn 4, and initiates an explosive storm turn on Turn 5. By leveraging cost reducers like Foundry Inspector, Helm of Awakening, and Enthusiastic Mechanaut, the deck casts zero- and one-mana historic artifacts for free, drawing a fresh card off Jhoira with every cast. Mass bounce spells like Hurkyl's Recall, Rebuild, and Paradoxical Outcome reset the board to replay cheap artifacts repeatedly. Victory is achieved in a single decisive turn through cumulative damage triggers from Reckless Fireweaver, Firebrand Archer, Coruscation Mage, Glaring Fleshraker, and Psychosis Crawler, or by drawing through the entire library into Laboratory Maniac.
