Deck overview

This competitive Izzet storm deck utilizes Vivi Ornitier as a dual-purpose engine and win condition. By pairing the commander with damage-based draw triggers such as Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or Tandem Lookout, every noncreature spell cast deals 1 damage to each opponent and draws 3 cards. This explosive draw velocity fuels an unbroken chain of fast mana artifacts, rituals, and free interaction, scaling Vivi Ornitier's power to generate massive mana and either burn the table out directly or transition into an Underworld Breach storm loop. Backed by format-ceiling acceleration, an extensive suite of free countermagic, and compact secondary win lines like Thassa's Oracle and Quicksilver Elemental, the deck executes consistent Turn 2-3 same-turn wins with robust stack protection.
