Deck overview

This deck is a mono-red spellslinger storm build piloted by Ashling, Flame Dancer. Ashling serves as a central engine, hoarding unspent red mana across steps and phases while rewarding rapid-fire spellcasts with rummaging, symmetrical board pings, and bursts of four red mana on the third resolution each turn. The strategy accelerates into early turns with cheap rituals, artifacts, and cost reducers like Birgi, God of Storytelling and Storm-Kiln Artist. Once the engine is online, the deck digs through the library with cheap cantrips and rummage spells, churning through cards and building a lethal storm count. It closes games decisively either by draining the table via burn outlets like Guttersnipe, Fiery Inscription, and Coruscation Mage, or by executing an infinite mana loop using Reiterate and rituals to fuel an uncounterable lethal Grapeshot or game-ending Crackle with Power.
