Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This deck leverages Deadpool, Trading Card as a chaotic political tool to steal high-value creature text boxes and saddle opponents with debilitating upkeep triggers. The primary game plan constricts the entire table using symmetric group-slug engines like Havoc Festival, Descent into Avernus, and The Lord of Pain to rapidly cut life totals. Forced combat pieces such as Bothersome Quasit, Agitator Ant, and Disrupt Decorum keep enemy boards attacking each other rather than you. Once life totals plummet, the deck closes out the game through burst drain from Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Purphoros, God of the Forge burn triggers, or unblockable combat damage enabled by Bedlam.
