Commander: Rakdos, Lord of Riots

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is an aggressive Rakdos, Lord of Riots "life-loss discount" deck. Cheap pingers such as Spear Spewer, Thermo-Alchemist, Vicious Conquistador, and Stormfist Crusader turn on Rakdos, and his cost reduction then lets the deck run out Eldrazi and Demons for a fraction of their mana cost. The primary kill is a compact loop: Ancestral Statue combos with Rakdos, Lord of Riots plus either Bontu's Monument or Nettle Drone to drain or ping every opponent in a single turn. Around that core, the deck layers discounted Eldrazi beatdown, reanimation/cheat effects like Sneak Attack, Feldon of the Third Path, and Living Death, plus flexible draw/impulse engines in Florian, Voldaren Scion, The Infamous Cruelclaw, and Sunbird's Invocation. It is explosive but heavily dependent on keeping Rakdos on the battlefield.
