Deck overview

The Notary Hobbits commands a mono-green big-mana deck that exploits the commander's self-replicating enters-the-battlefield trigger to construct an explosive mana engine. When cast on Turn 4 with early acceleration, the commander enters alongside two token copies, establishing three Halflings that collectively tap for 9 colorless mana on Turn 5. This surge fuels devastating colorless Eldrazi titans, massive Dinosaurs, and game-ending sorceries like Earth's Mightiest Heroes well ahead of standard timing. While the deck boasts immense board presence and crushing combat pressure once online, it is inherently vulnerable to early board wipes that reset its fragile 1/1 Halfling dorks before they can tap. Lacking compact infinite combos or dense stack interaction, the deck relies on trample, annihilator attrition, and raw stats to systematically dismantle opponents over consecutive combat phases.
