Deck overview

This is a grindy Azorius control deck helmed by Whtz, the Bibliophile, built around the Rulebreaker "no maximum deck size" gimmick. The primary win conditions are Battle of Wits (200+ cards in library at upkeep), Triskaidekaphile (exactly 13 cards in hand at upkeep), Halo Fountain (15 tapped creatures), and Aetherflux Reservoir (pay 50 life). The deck controls the game with a massive suite of board wipes, counterspells, and tax/deterrent pieces like Grand Arbiter Augustin IV, Ghostly Prison, and Propaganda, while generating overwhelming card advantage and lifegain through blink engines (Brago, King Eternal, Soulherder, Thassa, Deep-Dwelling, Teleportation Circle) and lifegain payoffs (Serra Ascendant, Rhox Faithmender, Archangel of Thune, Drogskol Reaver). It wins through attrition and inevitability rather than speed, grinding opponents out with endless value, recursion, and a near-unbreakable control shell.
