HULK REVISADO by tushh

Format: Commander

Commander: Bruce Banner // The Incredible Hulk

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a transformation-combo deck built entirely around the back side of its commander. Bruce Banner's front face is a cheap, repeatable command-zone draw engine - {X}{X}, tap - that lets the pilot sculpt the hand before paying {2}{R}{R}{G}{G} to flip into The Incredible Hulk. Once transformed, the deck weaponizes Enrage: self-damage sources like Caltrops, Pyrohemia, and Chandra's Pyrohelix put +1/+1 counters on the Hulk, untap him, and grant an additional combat each time. With a repeatable trigger such as Caltrops or Pyrohemia, combats chain indefinitely within one turn, killing the table via 21+ commander damage each; Hardened Scales, Doc Samson, Super Psychiatrist, and Rite of Passage accelerate the growth. Backup axes are Chandra's Ignition as a one-shot finisher, Etali, Primal Conqueror for free spells and an infect clock, and an Underworld Breach + Brain Freeze mill line. The deck is built for the Hulk side; the Banner side exists to draw into the flip and has to be timed carefully.
