Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Izzet storm combo deck commanded by Vivi Ornitier. The primary game plan revolves around deploying Vivi on Turn 2 or 3 and leveraging its unique dual abilities: growing power and dealing one damage to each opponent whenever a noncreature spell is cast, alongside a free once-per-turn tap ability that produces mana equal to its power.
