Deck overview

This mono-red deck leverages Knuckles the Echidna to rapidly accumulate Treasure tokens through combat damage, utilizing built-in double strike, trample, and haste. Supported by acceleration like Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer, Sol Ring, and token multipliers like Academy Manufactor and Xorn, the deck scales mana velocity into high-end payoffs. Rather than grinding through traditional 120-life combat totals, the deck converts wide artifact production into decisive upkeep wins via Hellkite Tyrant (20 artifacts) or Knuckles' own Treasure Hunter trigger (30 artifacts). Large threats like Ancient Copper Dragon and Cavern-Hoard Dragon provide massive burst production and alternate combat clocks with Nettlecyst. While vulnerable to mass artifact sweepers and lacking stack interaction, the deck presents high proactive velocity and explosive closed-game thresholds.
