Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic Naya lands and counters strategy commanded by Toph, the First Metalbender. Toph turns nontoken artifacts into lands and earthbends every end step, animating lands into recurring attackers with +1/+1 counters that return to the battlefield if they die or are exiled. The deck accelerates in the early turns with efficient mana dorks, land ramps, and rocks before deploying Toph on Turn 3 or 4. From there, it layers powerful landfall and counter amplifiers such as Terrasymbiosis, Loading Zone, and Bumi, Eclectic Earthbender. By Turn 6, the deck deploys game-ending threats like Avatar Kyoshi, Earthbender or Avenger of Zendikar, attacking for overwhelming combat damage. A resilient protection suite including Sylvan Safekeeper and Heroic Intervention shields key creatures, while built-in earthbend recursion ensures that removed land creatures immediately return to trigger further landfall value and sustain pressure.
