MIIRYM – House of the dragons by hanumarc

Format: Commander

Commander: Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Temur Dragon-tribal deck built around Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm's ability to turn every nontoken Dragon into a second, nonlegendary copy. The game plan is to ramp through the early turns, land Miirym, and then chain hasted Dragon enters-triggers, token copies, and Treasure generation into an overwhelming flying board. The deck has two primary ways to close: combat inevitability via a hasted Dragon swarm financed by Old Gnawbone, Ancient Copper Dragon, and Goldspan Dragon; and explosive ETB loops using Astral Dragon alongside Panharmonicon or Adrix and Nev, Twincasters to multiply copies of permanents like Dragon Tempest or Kindred Discovery. It also has incidental burn from Dragon Tempest and Niv-Mizzet, Parun, plus a backup artifact-based win in Hellkite Tyrant. This is a mid-speed, board-centric deck that snowballs on one or two large turns rather than executing a compact tutor-based combo.
