Deck overview

This Rakdos control deck turns symmetrical board wipes and noncombat damage into one-sided win conditions. Commanded by Tor Wauki the Younger, the strategy focuses on redirecting damage dealt to creatures straight into opposing life totals. The deck deploys resilient damage reflectors such as Brash Taunter, Stuffy Doll, and Repercussion alongside damage multipliers like Solphim, Mayhem Dominus, Torbran, Thane of Red Fell, and Fiery Emancipation. Once a reflector is in place, casting mass damage spells like Blasphemous Act, Chain Reaction, or Star of Extinction inflicts lethal burst damage to each opponent. Additionally, Brash Taunter equipped with Blazing Sunsteel generates an infinite damage loop that finishes the game on the spot. Supported by efficient Rakdos removal, low-cost reanimation, and life total manipulation from Tree of Perdition and Bloodletter of Aclazotz, the deck punishes opposing creature strategies while sustaining its own life total through lifelink.
