This Bant deck, helmed by Ms. Bumbleflower, is a value-oriented +1/+1 counters and card draw engine that leverages political group hug elements to fuel its own advantage. The commander's triggered ability-giving an opponent a card while putting a counter on a creature and drawing two cards on the second spell each turn-encourages casting multiple cheap spells per turn.
