Deck overview

Killian, Decisive Mentor is an Orzhov Aura deck with a low curve and a heavy enchantress core. The primary plan is Voltron: suit up Killian-or the hidden commander Light-Paws, Emperor's Voice-with cheap pump Auras such as Ethereal Armor, All That Glitters, Daybreak Coronet, and Battle Mastery, then attack for lethal commander damage while Killian goads blockers and draws cards from attacking with enchanted creatures. Secondary paths include an enchantress token swarm from Sigil of the Empty Throne, Hallowed Haunting, and Archon of Sun's Grace, plus mass recursion through Replenish and Retether. Killian provides both disruption and card advantage; Light-Paws is the deck's true tutor engine when it appears.
