Deck overview

This Jeskai deck focuses on overwhelming opponents through Human tribal synergy, rapid token generation, and the Monarch mechanic. Commanded by Éowyn, Shieldmaiden, the deck curves out with low-mana Humans to trigger Éowyn's ability on Turn 5, creating two 2/2 trample haste Knight tokens each combat and drawing cards once six Humans are assembled. Mass pump effects such as Shared Animosity, Erkenbrand, Lord of Westfold, and Beregond of the Guard quickly turn token swarms into lethal combat damage starting on Turn 6. Alternate finishers like Aragorn, King of Gondor and Taunt from the Rampart bypass enemy defenses entirely by making the attacking army unblockable. While the deck boasts strong card flow and board recovery, it relies heavily on creature combat across multiple turns and is vulnerable to exile-based board sweepers due to a lack of traditional countermagic.
