Deck overview

This five-color Mutant/Ninja/Turtle tribal deck helmed by the partner-characters Leonardo, the Balance and Michelangelo, the Heart is a +1/+1 counter-centric midrange strategy. The primary game plan is to deploy cheap commanders and a swarm of creature-type-synergistic permanents, generate Mutagen and Food tokens, and rapidly pile +1/+1 counters onto the board. Hardened Scales, Corpsejack Menace, and High Score double the counter output, while Terrasymbiosis and Mikey & Leo, Chaos & Order convert each counter trigger into card draw. The deck wins through overwhelming combat damage, often leveraging Raphael, the Muscle's damage-doubling or Heroes in a Half Shell's repeatable card advantage. There are no infinite combos; victory is achieved by building an unstoppable board of large, evasive creatures.
