Deck overview

This mono-white midrange deck combines lifegain triggers, +1/+1 counter amplification, and go-wide token generation. Commanded by Yoshimaru, Beloved Companion, the deck amplifies every counter placed on its creatures, turning modest incremental lifegain and enter-the-battlefield triggers into rapid board scaling. It operates on a fair, curve-based game plan: establishing early lifegain enablers like Lunarch Veteran and Haliya, Guided by Light, resolving token creators like Adeline, Resplendent Cathar and Evangel of Heliod, and converting wide boards into lethal combat steps via team anthems like Silverflame Ritual or tall beaters equipped with Light of Promise and Blackblade Reforged. The deck features strong asymmetric answers in Rest in Peace and sweepers like Farewell, though its mana acceleration is modest and reliant on basic land drops.
