Deck overview

The deck uses Lathliss, Dragon Queen to turn every nontoken Dragon into an additional 5/5 flying Dragon. Its strongest games combine that trigger with Dragon Tempest, Scourge of Valkas, or Warstorm Surge, converting each creature entry into immediate damage. Cost reducers such as Dragonlord's Servant, Dragonspeaker Shaman, and Herald's Horn help the high curve, while Dragon's Hoard and impulse-draw effects provide some replenishment. Ordinary assembly is around turn 7, with a must-answer snowball around turn 8. The deck does not reliably finish against three opponents on a fixed clock because it needs multiple expensive Dragons and combat steps, and it lacks compact protection or a deterministic combo. It is best suited to slower Commander tables where large flying creatures, token production, and dramatic combat turns can develop.
