Deck overview

This deck is a high-speed cEDH artifact storm and combo list helmed by Vraska, Soul of Stone. The primary strategy leverages fast mana and instant-speed tutors to deploy Isochron Scepter imprinting Dramatic Reversal. With Vraska on the battlefield or nonland mana rocks producing at least {2} mana, each activation untaps all nonland permanents, casts a noncreature spell to trigger Vraska's token creation, and generates infinite mana and storm. The infinite ETB and cast loop immediately closes the game through pingers like Reckless Fireweaver, Purphoros, God of the Forge, and Impact Tremors, or by drawing into Jace, Wielder of Mysteries via The One Ring. The deck is protected by a dense suite of free countermagic, Silence, and Hexing Squelcher, and features a fully independent backup win condition in Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker and Restoration Angel.
