Deck overview

This Gruul deck leverages Grumgully, the Generous alongside a compact, high-velocity Goblin combo shell backed by oppressive nonbasic land denial. The primary route to victory centers on resolving Goblin Recruiter, which arranges a deterministic top-deck pile containing Conspicuous Snoop, Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, Skirk Prospector, and Hobgoblin Bandit Lord. Once Snoop sheds summoning sickness with Kiki-Jiki on top of the library, it generates arbitrary token copies of itself, sacrifices them for arbitrary mana, and activates Bandit Lord's ability to burn all opponents out on Turn 4. To slow down opposing strategies and protect its development, the deck runs potent land-hate pieces including Blood Moon, Magus of the Moon, and Ruination, which function completely asymmetrically alongside 32 basic lands. Efficient protection spells shield the key creatures during execution.
