Deck overview

This Boros spellslinger deck is commanded by Firesong and Sunspeaker, aiming to control the board and close out games through amplified burn, lifegain triggers, and damage redirection. The strategy transitions from early ramp into midgame board control with sweepers like Blasphemous Act and spot removal, converting red and white spells into massive life swings and direct damage. Sunforger acts as the tactical core of the deck, fetching answers and burn on demand. Win conditions center on scaling noncombat damage through multipliers such as Solphim, Mayhem Dominus and Fiery Emancipation, reflecting damage through Boros Reckoner and Brash Taunter, or spreading single-target burn to the whole table with Imodane, the Pyrohammer. While reliant on high-cost permanents, the deck maintains resilience with free protection spells like Deflecting Swat and Flawless Maneuver.
