Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Izzet spellslinger and storm list helmed by Vivi Ornitier. Rather than relying on traditional artifact ramp, the deck uses low-cost pump spells like Brute Force, Infuriate, and Unleash Fury to inflate Vivi's power, immediately converting that power into a massive burst of colored mana via Vivi's once-per-turn {0} ability. This mana fuels chains of cantrips and burn spells that trigger Vivi's own table-wide pinging alongside backup burn engines like Guttersnipe, Fiery Inscription, and Coruscation Mage. Card velocity is sustained through cheap cantrips, Delve spells, and Curiosity—which draws three cards per noncreature spell when enchanting Vivi. The deck can close games with an overwhelming storm sequence, lethal commander combat damage, an X-spell like Crackle with Power, or an incidental infinite combo between Niv-Mizzet, Parun and Curiosity.
