Deck overview

Malcolm & Kediss is a treasure-first Izzet combo deck. Malcolm makes a Treasure whenever any Pirate deals damage, and Kediss spreads commander combat damage, so one unblocked Malcolm swing generates three Treasures and starts the engine. The primary plan is an infinite loop: Glint-Horn Buccaneer plus Curiosity or Tandem Lookout, or a tap-ping aura (Hermetic Study / Quicksilver Dagger) plus Freed from the Real on Malcolm. Treasures pay for each untap, producing infinite pings. Kediss is the multiplier; a Niv-Mizzet trio acts as a hidden secondary commander with slower draw-ping combo routes. A dense counterspell and hexproof shell protects the combo and buys assembly time.
