New cedh Raffine by miklife1

Format: Commander

Commander: Raffine, Scheming Seer

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

Raffine, Scheming Seer is an Esper consultation deck. The main plan is to assemble Demonic Consultation + Thassa's Oracle, using fast mana and a dense tutor suite to do it faster than opponents. Raffine's connive smooths opening seven and grows an evasive board, but the commander is not the finisher; she is a draw engine and occasional backup clock. The backup win is a Hullbreaker Horror loop with Mana Vault, Mox Amber, and Sol Ring, creating infinite casts and bounce to strip opponents' nonland permanents. Free counters, Silence, and stax pieces like Drannith Magistrate and Cursed Totem protect the kill. Tymna, the Weaver in the 99 acts as a second draw engine; no true hidden commander.
