Deck overview

Simic sea-creature ramp deck built around waking Arixmethes, Slumbering Isle from a land into a 12/12 finisher. The primary plan is to use early ramp and draw spells to advance Arixmethes, then ride a board of Krakens, Leviathans, and Serpents while one-sided bounce spells keep opposing blockers away. Secondary lines use Quest for Ula's Temple, Kenessos, Priest of Thassa, Kiora, Sovereign of the Deep, and Smuggler's Surprise to cheat expensive sea monsters into play. There is no hidden double-faced commander; the closest hidden-like enabler is Kenessos, but the deck is built to use Arixmethes' awake face as its main threat.
