Deck overview

This is a Grixis reanimator/value deck helmed by Sauron, Lord of the Rings. The primary plan is to fill the graveyard with cheap looting, surveil, and self-mill, then use a dense package of reanimation spells to put high-impact demons, Praetors, and Avatars into play ahead of curve. Sauron himself acts as a second wave of reanimation: his cast trigger amasses a 5/5 Orc Army, mills five cards, and returns a creature from the graveyard, while his 9/9 trampling body becomes a primary combat closer. A secondary amass package with Saruman, the White Hand, Sauron, the Dark Lord, and Orcish Bowmasters turns spells and opponent draws into Army growth, card advantage, and reach. There are no infinite combos; the deck wins through evasive combat damage, forced-sacrifice engines, and incremental drain, with Mordor on the March as a potential storm-style finisher.
