Deck overview

Giott, King of the Dwarves leads a Boros aggressive deck that combines Dwarf tribal synergies with Equipment beatdown. The primary strategy focuses on deploying low-cost Dwarves and Equipment in the early turns, using Giott's triggered ability to discard and draw whenever a Dwarf or Equipment enters the battlefield. This constant card filtering smooths land drops and cycles away redundant pieces to dig toward high-impact payoffs. By Turns 4 and 5, cards such as Bruenor Battlehammer, Reyav, Master Smith, and Bifur, Melodic Rider turn modest 1/1 and 2/2 Dwarves into high-power double-striking attackers. The deck reaches a must-answer state around Turn 6, using cards like Bond of Discipline, Unbreakable Formation, or Balin, Loremaster to break through opposing defenses. While the deck possesses strong combat velocity and filtering, it relies on multi-turn combat to eliminate three opponents and remains vulnerable to well-timed board sweepers.
