Deck overview

This deck is an optimized Equipment Voltron and combat combo strategy led by Syr Gwyn, Hero of Ashvale. The game plan accelerates mana in early turns to deploy Gwyn or low-cost alternate enablers like Ardenn, Intrepid Archaeologist, bypassing equip costs to attach massive artifacts like Colossus Hammer, Kaldra Compleat, and Genji Glove. An exceptionally dense tutor suite featuring Stoneforge Mystic, Steelshaper's Gift, and Demonic Tutor ensures dependable access to key equipment, while Sunforger provides a versatile toolbox of instant-speed removal and protection. The deck can close out games through overwhelming commander damage with extra combats or assemble an infinite combat loop using Sword of Feast and Famine alongside Aggravated Assault. Supported by top-tier protection spells such as Teferi's Protection, Galadriel's Dismissal, and Robe of Stars, the deck defends its board efficiently while applying rapid, lethal pressure.
