Deck overview

This deck is a high-speed Rakdos combo deck built around Ob Nixilis, Captive Kingpin. It uses explosive positive-mana rocks and rituals to cast Ob Nixilis on Turn 1 or 2, then quickly finds a compact win condition. Its primary win line pairs the commander with Casey Jones, Back Alley Brute. Whenever an opponent loses exactly 1 life, Ob Nixilis gains a +1/+1 counter, which causes Casey Jones to deal 1 damage to an opponent, creating an infinite damage loop that finishes all three opponents on the spot. The deck also runs secondary win lines using Underworld Breach loops and Agatha's Soul Cauldron with Walking Ballista. A dense tutor suite finds these pieces reliably, while free redirection spells and Red Elemental Blasts protect the win attempt. Passive pingers punish opponents for drawing cards and cracking fetchlands, turning common opposing actions into card advantage and combo triggers.
